Campus Collaboration. The candidate will collaborate with other laboratories that are carrying out projects concerning Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) under the auspices of the Cornell Center for Enervating Neuroimmune Disease.Candidate will work in a team environment to analyze and visualize data and interpret findings from ME/CFS clinical studies, including large multivariate molecular profiling datasetsMethods may include, but are not limited to, data processing (filtering, imputing, and normalization), linear models, frequentist statistics, clustering analysis, enrichment analysis, dimension reduction, data visualization, and classification. This is a 1 year term appointment with possibility of extension dependent on available work, continued funding, and successful performance. This position is full-time and will be in Ithaca, New York, with a hybrid work schedule (some in-person days will be needed, remote work days each week are possible). Subject to change at the discretion of the supervisor.What We Need:Bachelor's degree in biological or biomedical sciences, computational biology, biomedical engineering, statistics, bioinformatics, or related field.
