job detailsWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our dynamic team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to ensure our customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately select items from warehouse stock based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick tickets.
Packing: Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the correct quantities and products are included.
Quality Control: Inspect items for defects or damages before packing, and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, organization, and inventory counts as needed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are met.
