Banking Ops Manager SeniorThe Banking Operations Manager Senior job leads the team that manages the delivery of consumer and commercial banking services. This job continuously seeks opportunities to improve and streamline processes within banking operations, while maintaining compliance with all relevant accounting and control standards. This job manages experienced professionals and leads policy and strategy implementation for short-term (1 year or less) results.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Maintains a high delivery of service standards by improving the automation and centralization of processes and procedures within the consumer and commercial banking operations.
Verifies proper management of referral calls and follow-up by team members with prospective clients.
Liaises with wealth management advisors and loan officers to streamline process of managing multi-channel inbound and outbound leads.
Oversees verification process for the accuracy of payments and online entries for banking operations.
Monitors the management and reconciliation of all customer, branch operations or bank inquiries.
Guarantees compliance with corporate, regulatory and control procedures by implementing and monitoring operational processes.
Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure proper delivery of commercial banking operations and engagement, motivation and development of the team.
