Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC lathes according to specifications and instructions.
Program Interpretation: Read and interpret technical blueprints, CAD designs, and CNC programs.
Tool Selection and Installation: Choose appropriate cutting tools, install them, and make adjustments as needed.
Operation Monitoring: Operate CNC lathe machines, monitor their performance, and make necessary adjustments.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, using precision measuring tools.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machine operation or output quality.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and quality control checks.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaboration: Work with engineers, programmers, and other team members to optimize production processes
