Arnoff a prominent family owned moving company in the Northeast, is searching for an exceptional Logistics Customer Service Specialist to provide support to our sales team. This is an opportunity to join a growing company with unlimited opportunities!

Arnoff is looking for an outstanding Logistics Sales Specialist to join our team
Some of the duties will include:
Be the dedicated day to day point of contact for assigned commercial and logistics clients
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Act as liaison between assigned clients and Arnoff operations department – understand customer requests and ensure they are fulfilled by operations with quality and accuracy.
Coordinate office relocations, transportation services, rigging projects, warehousing services and distribution projects
Ensure the accuracy of inventory for all warehousing and distribution related clients
Rate paperwork and prepare for billing
Prepare orders, files and documentation as needed
Assist in answering phones and taking care of current and potential customers.
Perform other duties as requested.
A Successful Candidate with possess the following characteristics:
Strong sense of urgency
Strong written communication skills
Strong computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft office and the ability to pickup new software and systems quickly
Helpful and personable communication with strong follow through skills
Ability to produce high quality, thorough and detailed work.
Strong problem solving, time management, organizational and analytical skills
Ability and desire to work independently and with a team
