Company seeks an EXPERIENCED, POLITE and RESPONSIBLE 26 ft box truck driver with a CLEAN DRIVNG RECORD for consistent part time work for 2-3 days a week.
The deliveries are local within the Newburgh, NY area.
Pay is $200 per route.
Driver will need clean Motor Vehicle Record and updated medical card.
```Duties```
- Safely and efficiently operate a box truck to transport goods to customers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload cargo using lift gate
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
```Qualifications```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving commercial vehicles, such as vans or box trucks, preferred
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
