Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and cleanup of residential construction sites.
Carry out any and all construction related tasks and follow direction well:
Install windows, doors, and siding as directed by supervisors.
Perform basic carpentry tasks under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working alongside other team members.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential construction or a related field is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools commonly used in residential construction.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
