Are you a skilled handyman looking for part-time work? We are seeking a dependable and versatile handyman to assist a homeowner with a variety of projects, working approximately 20 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete projects as directed by the homeowner in a timely, professional manner
Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to:
Carpentry - drywall, small construction as needed
Painting - interior and exterior as needed
Roofing & Gutters as needed
Concrete & Masonry - crack repair, flatwork, paver replacement, etc
Snow Removal - shoveling and snow blowing as needed, salting and sanding
Plumbing - copper: PoPress and sweating skills required, repair of household fictures
HVAC - routine replacement of filters, working knowledge of oil-fired boiler, experience with programmable controls
Landscaping - pruning, planting trees and shrubs, lawn trimming and edging as needed, sprinkler programming, maintenance and winterizing, chain saw operation
Electrical - limited troubleshooting of circuits and devices, replacement of switches and receptacles, working knowledge of residential alarm and control system.
Requirements
Hands-on experience and working knowledge in the areas listed above
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Must have a clean record
