We are seeking a skilled handyman for 10-20 hours of work per week, mostly after hours and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting.
Schedule and oversee regular property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Respond quickly to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
Communicate maintenance schedules and address tenant concerns professionally.
Be on call for emergency maintenance outside regular hours.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
10+ years of property maintenance experience, including supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of building systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: TBD based on experience.
