compensation: Installer starting at $20/hr
Foreman: starting rate $30/hr

This is an inquiry for a laborer with preferably some experience in fence installation or some kind of construction background. If you are the type of individual who desires a pay worthy of your skill-set we are willing to try out anyone at a basic pay rate to start during a probationary period. You will be paid based off of experience and apparent willingness to be a leader. All I ask is for worker who will install fence for our company with the same care and competency as they would expect someone working for them to have. This job will provide an opportunity to gain an honest wage for a modest day's labor. If you desire to be only labor and work for others there is a spot for you. However, if you are the type of individual who shows leadership skills and the competency to drive a heavy duty vehicle, tow a trailer and lead a crew of 3 or more men, there is also a place for you.
