Experience Carpenter for my small deck business

I’m looking for an experience, carpenter for my deck business, which is taking off shortly for the season someone who knows codes reliable flexible and has transportation. No pressure job. Good work environment. Will pay the right guy for their skill. I don’t need somebody who just worked on a deck. I need somebody who can build it from the ground up and could be left alone and get the job done will supply helpers and some tools if you need it or bring your own. Thank you.
