Carpenters apprentice. Pay is $22.00/hr + to start.
Higher pay based on individuals ability to complete tasks under supervision of lead carpenter. Individuals are encouraged to provide proof of past experience Ie: pictures, references, or work history.
Individual MUST own simple hand tools: Tape measure, tool pouch, speed square, utility knife, chalk box, etc.
Individual MUST have valid drivers license.
Individual MUST have a social security number for pay on the books.
Drug and alcohol free. No exceptions. Testing required on prevailing wage jobs.
Regardless of experience you will be thoroughly trained in framing, sheetrock, taping, painting, frame to finish work, trim, siding, flooring, insulation, decks, appliance install, jobsite cleaning & property maintenance.
Our Work is very physically demanding.
Most of our work is based in lower dutchess county & surrounding areas.
We are a small local residential construction company who deals with the public on a daily basis. If you don’t posses ability or patience to complete tasks clean, efficiently, and with a positive attitude then please do not apply.
Work is monday-Friday 8am - 5:30Pm = 9hour day. 1/2 hour for lunch.
