Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in carpentry techniques, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a Carpenter you will play a crucial role in bringing our construction projects to life.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine the scope of work.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, fiberglass, drywall, etc.) according to specifications.
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, and cabinetry.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure project success.
Select appropriate tools and materials for each project.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Adhere to local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter
Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
