Key Responsibilities:
Opening Duties:
Arrive promptly to open the club, following a set checklist to ensure the facility is ready for members.
Prepare the front desk area, including organizing equipment, informational materials, and ensuring cleanliness.
Activate computer systems, lights, and any necessary equipment.
Greet members and guests as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Closing Duties:
Responsible for closing the club at the end of the day, following a set checklist to ensure security and readiness for the next day.
Secure all equipment and facilities, including locking doors and shutting down systems.
Process end-of-day reports as needed.
Ensure the front desk area and other facilities are clean and organized.
General Duties:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing members’ needs and inquiries.
Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining accuracy in financial dealings.
Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive operation.
Adhere to and enforce club policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for tennis and sports, in general, is a plus.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as required.
