Required for Role:

Experience in inside or outside sales with a proven track record of cold calling success.

3 years managing a team, helpful but not mandatory.

Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal.

Mastery of process driven sales. A consistent track record of process driven performance.

Experience building high performing teams and/or performing at a high level, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent.

Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical sales and operations is required.

Able to motivate and get the most out of others.

Hands on training, working alongside and development of sales reps.

Pest and termite license helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

Leading, managing and accountability (includes culture) of the inside sales and outside sales departments to ensure maximum performance is achieved with monthly goals in cold sales, warm sales and other KPIs are met.

Conduct daily sales huddle meetings.

Setting weekly sales goals for the department and individual team members.

Makes informed decisions with consideration of the customer and overall impact to ensures maximum quality of service. Takes initiative and applies critical thinking skills to solve problems, forecast, and drive results.
