Birds of Valhalla Soap and Curio is seeking two online sales associates to work daily, including weekends (we can arrange the schedule between the two hires) to sell our handmade products live online. The lives are currently 4 hours per day plus 1 hour prep and close activities.
The perfect applicant is reliable, a people person, comfortable on camera and a fast paced environment. Birds of Valhalla is a team of about a dozen creatives that make, sell and ship hundreds of unique body care and curio products. We are seeking sales people to sell these creations to our audience and interact with our customers.
Our sales team will go live daily on Tiktok, Whatnot and more as needed to make our daily revenue goals. There is also opportunity to learn other aspects of the business for interested individuals such as shipping, packaging, creation or making video content. Our following is about 800,000 currently.
Pay will be competitive and boosted with commissions if we reach our daily goals. Those that can sell well can make significant commissions. We are open to training the right people for the position as it is somewhat an unusual job. It’s actually more important to have a great personality and be reliable more than any other qualities in this case. Being close by is a big plus. English is our main language for our audience but Spanish speakers would be a plus as well!

Hours; Because we sell online, we can sell 24-7. We are currently looking to cover 7-11 pm Monday-Friday and 930am-130pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Longer lives are possible and therefore, more commission.
Late night lives may also be a possibility, from 11-2:30
am. Eventually, we plan on running lives 16 hours a day.
We are seeking someone that would like to take at least 3-5 of these lives per week. Sales experience a plus, but not necessarily needed. Influencers with a following of over 10k are preferred but again, not needed.
