Nebrasky Plumbing and Heating is seeking a dynamic person to fill a multi-faceted CSR/Administrative position. This person will play an active daily role in our Customer Service / Dispatch dept, as well as provide administrative project support to the various HVAC Sales Divisions of our company.
Ideal candidate will possess an extraordinary ability to Multi-task, must be a Team Player who works well with others but can also work independently with little supervision. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organized, detail oriented, and reliable. Previous customer serv ice/administrative experience required - must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc) and otherwise "tech-savvy" – experience using Service Titan Dispatch Software is a plus.
Some specific duties included with the position are handling inbound/outbound customer service, scheduling and dispatch phone calls, outbound sales lead calls, contract/documentation review, divisional partner site locations schedules and compliance, obtaining/tracking/closing work permits from various municipalities, and utility partner rebate application processing.
