Founded in 2021, Moonrise Bagels is a new kind of bagel shop that has quickly gained both local and national recognition for its “Stuffed Bagels.” New York style bagels are stuffed with comfort foods like Bacon, Egg & Cheese, Chicken Parm and Reuben. As a quick-service establishment offering innovative novelty & classic bagels along with coffee, tea, and drinks, we pride ourselves on providing a quick, affordable, mess-free, enjoyable experience to all guests. We have one location in Woodstock (New York), and will be opening a second location in Poughkeepsie. We also offer nationwide shipping and have shipped our award winning Stuffed Bagels to all 50 states.

Job Description
We're looking for a responsible, hard-working individual to join our growing team at Moonrise Bagels. The Shift Supervisor will be a guest facing role at our retail shop in Woodstock that will be responsible for taking orders, fulfilling orders and providing a high level of customer service commensurate with our brand at Moonrise Bagels. As a senior member on the team, the Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for opening and/or closing the shop, receiving weekly orders and assisting the team with responsibilities such as dishes and cleaning. This is a great position for someone who loves engaging with people and who wants to work in a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit team.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and being an ambassador for our brand and products.
Performing cash register transactions for customers.
Opening and/or closing shop
Receiving orders
Carrying out other duties as needed.
