Looking to put together a team to build new homes

I am looking for a someone with expertise in research to get funding for construction projects. This position has the potential to develop into a partnership and will involve collaborating with the building department and assisting with land development projects, based on the candidate's background. It is particularly suited for a retiree who wishes to re-enter the industry. I have extensive experience in new home construction and renovations and am eager to assemble a team of professionals who are passionate about building new homes, ideally with relevant prior experience.
