Must have some electrical knowledge, be technically confident and proficient; a gal or guy with good hand skills, excellent work habits and willing to learn new skills.
Workshop is a man-cave, not neat, but not a factory either, not a girly place at all but women are ok with it and we've learned that women do this kind of work well and so are welcome
