The job requires as follows,

Pick up phone calls, create tickets

Follow up with customers

Assign tickets, follow up with technicians about their tickets

Monthly\quaterly customer device's review

Monthly review device match across different software

Monthly active users review by customer

Set up new computers

ship and recieve old\new computers

Assigning license to users in Office 365\Pax8

Be on top of having all info updated for each customer.

some phone calls to internet providers to check up on a internet connection

any phone calls needed to help the techs or manager

keeping track on hourly rates being billed

or any help techs or manager will need.

Knowing how to check the insides of a computer is a plus.

Must be very organized
