Oversee inventory and parts ordering, billing, and weekly expense tracking.
Administrative support that keeps our operations streamlined and efficient.
Requirements:
Bookkeeping and administrative role
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with company goals.
Manufacturing and job costing experience a plus
