Seasonal Shipping and Receiving position; September - March
No experience? No problem. If you are great with a computer, organized, good with numbers and comfortable working in a fast passed environment then we can train the right person.
Apple packing facility located in Clintondale NY
September -January hours:
M-F 7-3:30 w/ OT until 4-5 / Saturdays 7-12
Balance of season with occasional OT
40 Hours Weekly guaranteed.
Job description:
Working with AgEnvio ( inventory software )
-Receiving bulk material packaging supplies, bins of fruit, pallets of fruit ( entering data and applying labels )
-Shipping packed fruit; entering out going truck loads based on incoming orders
-Logging packed fruit off the line and keeping track of bins dumped and cider apples produced
-Scanning documents and emailing to required persons.
- Maintaining inventory spreadsheets ( google docs and word )
MUST BE GREAT WITH A PC, SCANNING DOCS, EMAILING ETC.
MUST BE ORGANIZED AND TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK
MUST BE COMFORTABLE MOVING QUIKLY TO SUPPORT FAST PACED OPERATIONS
MUST BE ABLE TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES AND TRUCKERS
