CDM has been globally recognized as a world leader in the design and manufacturing of Material Handling, Blending and Lifting equipment since 1984. Designs include the industry best practices through 'hands on' experience and customer interaction. Primary equipment designs are stainless steel cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) fabrication with an emphasis on sanitary construction.
Duties:
Responsible for building machines: Assemble machines according to engineering drawings, schematics and blueprints.
Measure parts to specific tolerances.
Deburrs, grinds and buffs parts as necessary
Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required.
Install conduit, wiring and cabinets as well as terminal connections.
Install pneumatic tubing, hoses, pumps, motors, including system testing.
Use equipment such as: grinder, ohm meter, drills, fixtures and gauges.
Test functional performance of assembled equipment/systems.
Perform 100% functional test of all assemblies in accordance with Acceptance Test Procedures.
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
Relevant Mechanical & electrical experience
Strong communications skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.A.
