Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Line Operator Tech to oversee and maintain our production line equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure proper functioning.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and production goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Document and report equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
Proven experience as a line operator or in a similar technical role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in following procedures.
Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential for additional hours based on business needs.
