Growing immigration firm looking to hire an immigration attorney and or an immigration legal assistant. For attorneys- You can be barred in any US state but it would be best if you were barred in NY and lived and worked in the tristate. If you speak Spanish and have some immigration law experience you are the ideal candidate. Willing to train the right person. Flexible position full or part time hybrid in office and remote. Newly admitted attorneys okay! Will consider pending admission upon proof of bar passage.
Legal assistants you should speak Spanish and have at least 1 year immigration law experience. Willing to train the right candidate. Legal assistant must reside in Ny and be able to commute to nyack NY to work. Full and partime available.
