Rockland County commercial law firm has immediate need for a highly motivated associate attorney with 2+ years of relevant experience in NYS and federal courts with interest and understanding of commercial and business law. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, patient, self starter, who is energetice, flexible and professional from both the transactional and litigation perspective. Must be able to draft litigation and transactional documents and possess computer and research skills. Candidate must submit cover letter, resume and writing sample. Will consider part time and partial remote. Flexible hours. Will consider paralegal with same skill type. Must be able to jump right in!
