Room for rent on a private, breathtakingly beautiful property in Livingston Manor, NY. We are also looking for a Female Caretaker to do part time work taking care of animals and the greenhouse. FEMALE ONLY! There are two separate options available:
Option A: Room for Rent ONLY $750 per month
- Room for rent. Room has private entrance and private bathroom. All utilities are included (water, heat, electric). Wifi and cable are included. Plenty of parking. Room is $750/month.
- FEMALE ONLY
Option B: Room for Rent AND Position as Caretaker $400 per month rent
- Room for rent (same as above). Rent is $400 per month
- Position as Caretaker: Duties include taking care of animals (sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, and rabbits), feeding animals, and cleaning up after them. Must have knowledge of plants and vegetables to take of greenhouse (gardening and harvesting).
- Total hours a week = about 20-30 hours between greenhouse and animal duties (1 hour animals morning, 1 hour animals night, 2 hours in the greenhouse) each day
- Rent is negotiable based on work/hours decided upon.
