Part-Time Property Caretaker Needed – Stone Ridge (12484)
I’m looking for someone to help with various odd jobs on my property in Stone Ridge.
Tasks include:
Yard work and general property maintenance
Planting and weeding
Assembling IKEA furniture
Other small projects as needed
Schedule:
Plenty of work available for the next two weekends
After that, approximately one day a week to check on the property and handle light maintenance
Must be available for occasional quick property checks
Requirements:
Live within 15 minutes of zip code 12484
Able to lift at least 50 lbs (some tasks require heavy lifting and extended time working outdoors)
Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to commit long-term
References required
Pay: $25/hour
