Farm (organic) and Live for free in a Beautiful Two Bedroom Apartment with large deck overlooking Pond in Ghent NY
Seeking couple to do organic farming, look after a few animals, landscape work and some cleaning including an AirBnB apartment. Work average of just 12 hours per week each ( 24 total), a bit more in summer, bit less in winter, in exchange for free use of apartment, including utilities and internet access, as well as hunting, fishing and free vegetables and fruits. Some farming experience including use of tractor preferred. Employer will also favourably consider handyman skills.
There is also land available for employees to do some farming for themselves. This is just an option and not a requirement.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and porch overlooking a pond. The apartment is located on a 100 acre estate with ponds, woods and fields and trails.
Hours can be designed to allow employment away, and there is some flexibility to allow one partner to work more than 12 hours a week and the other less.
