We’re a growing construction company looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Manager’s Right Hand to join our team. This is a non-union position, ideal for someone with a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), strong attention to detail, and a true team-player mindset.

Position Overview:
You’ll be the go-to support for our Shop Manager — a reliable right hand helping to keep the shop organized, efficient, and on schedule. Whether it’s handling tools, organizing materials, or jumping in on tasks as needed, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Shop Manager with daily shop operations
General shop and yard support (organizing, cleaning, basic maintenance)
Handle pickups and deliveries (must have valid Class B CDL)
Coordinate vehicle and equipment logistics
Chip in across departments as a dependable team member
Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
What We're Looking For:
Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Non-union
Works well with others; positive, can-do attitude
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness to step up and contribute wherever needed
Dependable and motivated to be part of a growing team
