The Eldred Preserve is hiring full-time and part-time Maintenance Assistants responsible for property maintenance at The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge, The Bradstan Boutique Hotel, and The Eldred Preserve’s lake facilities.
Qualifications:
Experience with basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems preferred.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospitality setting.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be available to work 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., as well as weekends and holidays.
Must be able to cover on-call at times and be flexible with schedule during times of large scheduled events at the facility.
Must be able to respond to call-ins for snow and storm maintenance.
