Job Summary
The technician is responsible performing mitigation services for both residential and commercial residences from damages incurred from water, fire, smoke, mold and environmental damages.
Education and Experience
Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is essential.
Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, fire restoration processes, and asbestos abatement practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering clean and high-quality results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
A proactive attitude towards building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
Primary Job Duties
Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
Perform damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
Execute fire restoration processes, including smoke damage cleanup and structural repairs.
Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
Conduct moisture inspections
Set restoration equipment within guidelines
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various restoration projects.
Conduct carpet cleaning and other cleaning services as needed to restore properties to their original condition.
Assist in asbestos abatement procedures while adhering to safety regulations.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop restoration plans tailored to each project.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and any necessary
