Responsibilities include:
Interior demolition and site preparation
Installation of drywall, flooring, baseboards, and trim
General interior repairs
Painting, carpentry, and finish work
Solving on-site issues and managing workflow
Communicating effectively with the team and clients when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in interior remodeling
Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned jobs
Problem-solving skills and leadership mindset
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of construction tools and materials
Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work
Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated
