We am looking for Occupancy Inspectors to provide photographic proof of a location being abandoned or occupied.
You will need:
A car good on gas
A cell phone
A Printer
A sense of urgency ( you are your own boss, but all of the inspections have due dates that must be honored)
Organization skills
A good work ethic
Ok with interior inspections which requires you to enter secured but abandoned properties
Able to cover the list of areas below:
Upper Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess Columbia
