Job Duties:
Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios.
Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day, no sitting permitted when performing flagging.
Perform routine vehicle inspections, Record license plates to report.
Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate to loud, yet see and hear approaching traffic with the ability to move quickly if need be.
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License.
Must pass a background check, including a motor vehicle records check.
Wear proper safety equipment (work boots and a safety vest).
Operate 2-way radio.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
Provide effective communication with contractors and internal teams while delivering the highest customer service.
Work well in a team environment.
Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule.
Must have a phone
