Are you passionate about sustainable living and working with nature? We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Farm Helper to join our regenerative farm. This is an ongoing part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety in their day.
Responsibilities include:
Carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Planting, composting, and caring for plants.
Feeding and caring for animals (chickens, goats) from time to time.
Harvesting crops and assisting with seasonal farm tasks.
Cleaning and performing general farm chores as required.
Making local deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Valid driver’s license (local deliveries required).
Previous experience in farming, gardening, or similar fields is a plus.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and ready to learn.
Details:
Approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Starting salary of $20/hour plus reimbursement for all pre-approved, work-related costs.
