Position Overview:
The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, from initiation to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, budgeting, and ensuring that all project requirements are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The CPM will act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project. The CPM also has to have great communication skills through email and all common communication types. He must be able to communicate professionally but the same time strong and assertive. The CPM has to travel to the sites which many times are out of state, all across the US. The role demands strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage both the technical and financial aspects of construction projects.
