I’m looking for someone that starts a project and finishes it- before going on to another thing, if you can multitask that’s fine, but you must complete what you start - someone that is responsible enough to manage their own list. I’m looking for someone who can communicate what they can, and cannot do. I don’t want someone who over promises and under delivers. This is also a sober environment. There is no marijuana use, cigarettes, or vape.
We’re seeking a long-term commitment from a jack of all trades who can assist in everything from tractor use to general carpentry (framing, drywall, mud, paint, small project building, installation of XYZ and assembly of XYZ) Working in our horse stable. Assisting our boarding manager with horse feeding and stable maintenance. Change lightbulbs. Change batteries in smoke detectors. Install exterior lighting fixtures. Chain saw use. Electrical and LowVoltage experience. General plumbing. I think you get the point.
Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance, cowboy hats are not required but certainly encouraged as are boots. This is a western culture Ranch. We are very family oriented and we treat our staff with respect and care, we expect the same in return.
