We are seeking passionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) committed to positively impacting the lives of individuals with varying levels of neurodivergent and/or intellectual disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing mentoring assistance and support in daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, and creating a positive and nurturing environment. DSPs assist individuals in becoming involved and connected within their community, providing tailored support based on their preferences.

Shifts available:
Monday-Friday 3:30-6:30pm or 4pm-7pm.
Monday-Friday 3:30-6:30pm or 4pm-7pm + flexible weekend hours
Mentor and assist clients in their daily living activities
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all clients and staff
Build positive relationships with clients and staff
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for assisting those in need
Possesses a friendly disposition with a positive "can do" attitude
Ability to work independently and consistently exercise good judgment
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) welcome!
Caregiving experience required
Experience working with individuals with neurodivergent and/or intellectual disabilities preferred
Availability to work flexible hours
Required: Successful background check and fingerprinting
