Nurse/LPN Private Duty

I'm looking for responsible AND reliable Private Duty home care LPN/RN to work with my daughter. She ambulates with assistance using AFOS to move about and uses a stander daily. If you are interested please email me. You Must be able to bill Medicaid as your own NYS Medicaid provider for a high rate patient. The current available open shifts are every other Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 8PM. Every Saturday and Sunday 8PM to 8AM. Tuesday 8PM to 8AM. Wednesday 8AM to 8PM and 8PM to 8AM. Filling other shifts is a plus but not a deal breaker. Some open availability is helpful but not required. Smoke free household. Serious Inquiries only please.
