Caregiver for senior man

Looking for care for my 83 year old dad. We need someone a few days a week or Monday - Friday from about 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. He needs help getting around with his wheel chair or when he uses his walker, lunch prep, laundry, occasional trip to a local doctor appointment, help dressing, washing up etc. We are looking for someone to start in about a month, someone who speaks English, someone who is kind and reliable and local. Must be ok with friendly dog and cat. Must speak English and pass a background check.
