Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Rockie Skye SADC is seeking a dedicated Program Assistant to join our team and support our mission of providing quality care and enriching activities for adults in our social adult daycare program.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing daily activities, including social, recreational, and therapeutic programs.
Provide support and supervision to clients during activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
Assist with personal care needs, including mobility support and mealtime assistance.
Prepare and maintain program materials, supplies, and the activity schedule.
Monitor client participation and report progress or concerns to the Program Director.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
PCA/HHA/CNA certified preferred
Previous experience in a social services, healthcare, or daycare setting (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, compassion, and a commitment to serving diverse populations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
