Summer Waterfront Director

We are in search of a lifeguard certified Waterfront Director to oversee our private clubs beach and lake for the summer season. Duties will include, lifeguarding, overseeing and scheduling a team of 3-4 guards, taking ownership of the beach areas cleanliness, raking the beach multiple times per day, cleaning the lake floating docks on a daily basis, accommodating member requests, assisting with the summer camp program and being the front facing adult figure at the beach on a daily basis. Ensuring that there is proper coverage on your days off. This job is important to the clubs summer success and requires a responsible figure to manage the day to day beach operations. A positive attitude, a self starter and a team motivator is essential to the success of this position. We offer a great working atmosphere, high compensation, end of the season bonus and a flexible schedule. A good first year could lead to a guaranteed summer job for years to come. Sailing experience would be fantastic but is not mandatory (we are also in search of a part time sailing instructor, this could bump your pay if you can do both!)
