We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Food Service Manager to oversee our food establishment located at Palisades Mall
About the Role:
As our Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our mall-based eatery. This includes leading and motivating a team, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction, managing inventory and costs, and maintaining a clean and efficient operation. You will play a key role in driving sales and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead, train, and supervise a team.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction.
Manage scheduling and performance reviews.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Drive sales and profitability targets.
