Blooming Hill Farm is looking for servers to build our team. Our restaurant and wedding venue is located on an operating farm. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Servers are cross trained on both catering style events and restaurant service. Compensation is $12.50 per hour plus tips when working in the restaurant and $25-30 per hour (flat hourly rate) when working an event. Due to volume of applications we do not respond to all inquiries. Understanding our menu in order to help customers make menu selections and answering questions about preparation and allergies. Delivering a great customer experience with the hopes of creating repeat guests.
