Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including daily tasks, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
Manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring proper ordering, storage, and cost control.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
Represent the restaurant professionally at community events and industry functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar concept.
Proven track record of success in increasing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
