Authentic Italian kitchen creating energy and experience through real food is seeking a Manager that loves food, community and service.

The position is responsible for the operations of a specialty market and cafe through smooth daily functions, sound business practices and productive leadership while achieving financial targets and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Essential Duties:

-Implement operational procedures with experiential wisdom and knowledge

-Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's business functions including staffing, inventory management and purchasing

-Provide strong leadership to the staff, creating a positive and productive work environment

-Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively

-Ensure that the business delivers excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests, responding to customer feedback, and resolving any customer complaints

Skills and Abilities:

-Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the restaurant staff to achieve their goals

-Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve financial targets

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff members, customers, and vendors

-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests

-Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Strong tendency toward kindness

Education and Experience:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
