Taconah Cantina is located in Westchester at the Goldens Bridge Shopping Center, across the street from the Metro North train station. We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks with Mexican cuisine experience.
Responsibilities For Line Cooks:
- Cook to order the menu food items while maintaining company quality standards no matter how busy.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including station setup and breakdown.
- Solid references and a history of achievement in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a crowded environment and stand/walk for long periods.
- SafeServ food handlers certificate is a plus.
