We are looking to add another member to our fantastic team. The ideal candidate is a positive person with a passion for great food and warm customer service. We take pride in our breakfast and lunch menus, decadent house-made pastries and the finest coffee and tea.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
-Efficiently preparing gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and baked goods to company standards and guest specifications
-Maintain an organized and clean kitchen, food prep and storage areas at all times
-Assist in the execution of special orders and catering requests
EXPERIENCE:
-At least 1 year of culinary experience
-Possesses introductory knowledge of specialty ingredients (fine cheeses, produce, dairy, meat and poultry, etc.)
-Maintains composure while under pressure
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6 to 8 hours
-Available weekdays, weekends, early evenings and holidays
-Reliable transportation
